Assisted living apartments range from studios to
large two bedroom with two baths. Prices range from $2,224 to $3,317,
based on single occupancy. Additional occupant fee is $350 per month. Underground parking is available for $50 per month.
A minimum monthly amount of $315 is required for home health care
services in addition to the monthly rent.
We are a private pay community. We do not accept Elderly
Waiver or Medicaid.
