Oak Meadows is owned and operated by Family
Resources Development, Inc., a not-for profit organization
affiliated with the Minnesota Conference of the United Church of
Christ. Our
on-site chaplain offers ecumenical and inter-faith celebrations,
devotion studies and pastoral care. Our professional staff
offers activities promoting on-going social and emotional
development, with private bus transportation for scheduled shopping
trips and other events. Presbyterian Homes & Services dba
Presbyterian Home Care and Oak Meadows' receptionist are on-site
twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. We are a smoke
free environment.
